Reactoonz is Play’n GO’s original 7×7 cluster slot, released on 23 October 2017. Five or more matching aliens form a win, the winning symbols disappear and new symbols drop into the grid. Those chains also charge the Quantum features and Gargantoon.

MrQ’s public Reactoonz page stated 94.51% when checked on 1 October 2026, but its explanatory example conflicted with that figure. The current provider page did not state an RTP, and no loaded operator client was inspected. Check the information screen for the exact version available to you. RTP is a long-run theoretical measure, not a promised return for your session.

How Reactoonz works

Reactoonz has no traditional paylines. A win starts when at least five matching symbols connect in a cluster on the 7×7 grid. Winning symbols are removed, then new symbols fall into the gaps. If the replacement symbols make another cluster, the sequence continues without a new paid spin.

Wild symbols can substitute in a cluster. Large 2×2 symbols can also form on the grid. Published operator descriptions say a large symbol that joins a winning cluster doubles that part of the win. The exact paytable belongs to the version in front of you, so use its help screen for symbol values.

This is the main difference from a conventional line slot such as Book of Dead. Reactoonz is built around connected groups and chained reactions across a large grid.

Quantum features and Gargantoon

Winning clusters add energy to the Quantum Meter. Play’n GO says a fully charged sequence can release up to five features. Public operator guides name four modifiers before the Gargantoon sequence:

  • Implosion turns several symbols into Wilds and removes nearby symbols.
  • Incision places a Wild and creates two diagonal lines of the same selected symbol.
  • Demolition removes matching clusters and lower-value symbols, creating space for replacements.
  • Alteration changes one lower-value symbol type into another.

The modifiers enter a queue and play when the current chain has no further win. Once the meter reaches Gargantoon, a 3×3 Wild lands in the middle of the grid. It can divide into smaller Wild blocks and then individual Wilds as the sequence continues.

The original Reactoonz does not use a conventional free-spins round. Its feature is the chain of cluster wins, modifiers and Gargantoon. Reactoonz 2, Reactoonz 100 and Reactoonz Blitzways are separate games with different rules.

RTP and version checks

RTP describes a theoretical return over a large number of plays. It does not predict one spin or one session. This review has not established a provider-wide RTP from the retrieved primary sources.

Operator versions can differ. MrQ’s public page displayed 94.51% on 1 October 2026. The same page then said a £10 stake would return £9.65 on average over long play. That example equates to 96.5%, so the page conflicts with itself. SlotsUnpacked has not used the example to overwrite the displayed 94.51% figure.

The current Play’n GO public page did not show an RTP percentage, and no loaded operator client was inspected for this review. Check the game’s information or help screen at the operator you are considering. That is the closest evidence for the version available to your account.

These are public-page observations. They establish that the original title was listed, not that it will launch for every visitor or that the operator offers a particular build. An earlier BetMGM listing could not be reproduced in this check because the request returned HTTP 451. That does not prove the game has been removed.

There is no evidence-led operator recommendation on this page yet. The available public pages do not establish a useful difference in access, eligibility, version clarity or terms that would support a Best for judgement.

Is Reactoonz likely to suit you?

Reactoonz makes sense to inspect if you prefer cluster wins, cascades and a feature system that builds through the same paid round. It has more moving parts than a simple payline slot. The modifiers queue, the large symbols and Gargantoon can take a little time to understand.

If you want fixed paylines or a traditional free-spins round, the original Reactoonz works differently. Volatility and payout claims can also vary by source, so do not use the headline RTP or maximum-win figure as a prediction of what will happen in a session.

Questions about Reactoonz

What is the Reactoonz RTP?

MrQ stated 94.51% on its public page when checked on 1 October 2026. The retrieved provider pages did not state an RTP, and no loaded operator client was inspected. Check the information screen for the version available to you. RTP does not predict a session return.

How do you win in Reactoonz?

At least five matching symbols need to connect in a cluster. The winning symbols disappear and new symbols drop into the grid, which can create another win in the same sequence.

Does Reactoonz have free spins?

The original game does not use a conventional free-spins round. Its main feature is the Quantum Meter, which queues modifiers and can trigger Gargantoon.

Is Reactoonz the same as Reactoonz 2 or Reactoonz 100?

No. This guide covers the original game released in 2017. Reactoonz 2, Reactoonz 100 and Reactoonz Blitzways are separate titles.
